Glees Chord Overstreet Does VMan Magazine
Prince Michael Joseph Jackson, the eldest child of the late Michael Jackson, was spotted tooling around town here in LA over the weekend rollin’ like a big dawg with his homies. As you can see, MJ‘s love of garish Ed Hardy clothing was passed down to the young Prince but I suppose we can forgive the lad for his questionable fashion tastes … for now.
MJ‘s little boy is growing up really fast. Pretty soon he’ll be the one behind the wheel, making his presence known here in Hollywood. Kids sure do grow up fast, don’t they? I can only hope that Prince here will also grow out of his apparent love of tacky Ed Hardy clothing :/

The Vampire Diaries Nabs Infectious Ratings With Return!
All that double entendre marketing paid off!
Last night marked the midseason return of The CW’s highest rated shows, The Vampire Diaries and Nikita. The shows faced strong opposition now that American Idol has returned, but surprisingly, they both performed well under the pressure!
3.5 million people caught VD (teehee), while 2.7 million tuned in to watch [...]
Are male readers actually reading any of this? Or are you just staring at the photo??? LOLz.
According to a new study, even though sexy female news anchors may boost ratings, males are less likely to retain much actual news from them, because they get distracted.
Indiana University scholars have found that “men’s cognitive mechanisms favored visual over verbal processing.”
Ha! That's ONE way of saying "men get distracted by sexy women."
Studies were done with female anchors dressed in a desexualized manner, as well as a sexualized manner, and researchers found that men remembered “significantly more information watching the unsexualized anchor deliver news than her sexualized version.”
Guess guys should start keeping their eyes shut when Megyn Kelly is reporting the news…

Oscar Reaction Wrap Up: The Good, The Dull And The OMG Totally Over It!
Yes, yesterday's Oscar nomination roll-out brought a fair amount of anger-inducing surprises. But it also delivered — predictably, soothingly — what we can always expect: a slew [...]
One doesn't typically equate fan boys and horror buffs with the Sundance crowd (heck, they've got Comic Con, after all). But when Rutger Hauer is in town, it's a different story.
The 67-year-old Dutch actor, perhaps best known for his roles in films like "Blade Runner" and the original version of "The Hitcher," came to Park City, Utah to screen his latest venture, an over-the-top gore fest called "Hobo With a Shotgun," much to the delight of movie fans with particularly off-kilter taste.
Hauer sat down with MTV News to discuss all the slaughter in the flick about a town gone very awry. "This is not that serious," Hauer said of the film's grindhouse-style violence. While he acknowledges the film's violence walks "a fine line," he argues that in the shock-value horror genre, "The buttons have already been pushed."
"It's a different story," he says of the film, adding, "It's not about limbs flying and how creatively you try and kill somebody."
In true camp-movie fashion, "Hobo" was screened at midnight last week to a raucous crowd that ate up every kill and cheesy line of dialogue. Even Hauer, who plays the film's vigilante — and the armed homeless dude of the title — couldn't help but get caught up in the madness of the event. He was having a blast, and was spotted filming the pre-screening hubbub with his own camera.
After the premiere, the star took questions from the audience, and as Hauer revealed to MTV, one theatergoer had a particularly stand-out query. "One kid asked me, 'I've always wanted to kill somebody, is a shotgun the right way to do it'?", to which Hauer initially responded, "Huh?!"
Then, in the true splatter-flick spirit, Hauer suggested, "Scissor hands. Why do it so quickly? Do it slowly, you know?"

Back in February, the first image of Kellan Lutz as Poseidon in The Immortals was released, and it was SO hot that it ALMOST melted our computer.
Now, a new poster for The Immortals has been released (above) which once again features Kellan Lutz as the Greek Sea-God.
The previous image was def hotter, but this poster has us won over for being seriously INTENSE!
…If the Immortals folks want to release a few more hi-res shirtless Kellan photos though, we certainly won't object! LOLz.
Are U pumped for shirtless, hawt, intense Kellan Lutz to grace the big screen on 11.11.11?

Entertainment Weekly Gives Us Our First Look At The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn
Before it was Britney Spears vs. Christina Aguilera, it was Tiffany vs. Debbie Gibson. Back in the late 80′s, Tiffany and Debbie battled it out for the hearts, minds and souls of pop fans as the dueling teen pop stars competed for pop supremacy. This Summer, after All This Time of wasted Electric Youth, Tiffany and Debbie Gibson will lay down their arms and perform TOGETHER for the first time ever!
Live Nation is pleased to present Debbie Gibson and Tiffany, together for the very first time, at the NYCB Theatre at Westbury on July 29 at 8 pm. Tickets are $69.50, $39.50 and $29.50 and go on sale this Friday, April 22 at 10 a.m. Tickets are available at www.livenation.com, charge by phone at 800-745-3000 or at the Westbury box office (Box Office opens at Noon). Event, date and time are subject to change. Tickets are subject to applicable service charges. For membership information, visit www.westburymembership.com
Merrick’s Debbie Gibson rose to fame while still in high school. Her debut single, “Only In My Dreams” was released in the summer of 1987 and was followed in the fall by “Shake Your Love.” Out of the Blue her debut album was released that fall and by the spring of 1988, the title track had climbed to number three on the charts. With the release of her fourth single, “Foolish Beat,” Debbie Gibson became the youngest artist to write, produce and perform a #1 single on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. ”Lost in Your Eyes,” the first single from her sophomore effort, Electric Youth became her biggest hit, staying at number one for three weeks. In addition to her recording career, Debbie Gibson has starred on Broadway in “Les Miserables” and “Beauty and the Beast.” She starred in London in the West End production of “Grease” and toured nationally in “Grease,” “Funny Girl,” and appeared at the Paper Mill Playhouse in “Gypsy.” More recently she was seen in her second SyFy film “Mega Python vs. Gatorid” with Tiffany as her co-star.
TIFFANY is back! …to her roots. The dynamic voice of the 80s has returned to where it all started for her, country music and the Nashville music scene. Now a critically praised songwriter, Tiffany is set to capture your hearts again…with her new album of country/rock tunes! Tiffany began her career at the age of 13 when she signed her first recording contract with MCA. The self-titled debut album was released in 1987 and eventually went quadruple platinum. The innovative “Mall Tour” that followed proved to be the signature for Tiffany’s early career and was very effective in targeting her core audience of young teens making Tiffany the youngest female artist to debut at number one on the Billboard charts. Tiffany produced three top ten hits, two of which were national and international #1 pop singles “Could’ve Been” and the celebrated “I Think We’re Alone Now.” The soon-to-be teen pop phenomenon, New Kids on the Block, got their big break as the opening act for her world tour. Tiffany released her second album, Hold An Old Friend’s Hand, which went double platinum and featured the top ten hit “All This Time.”
I would just DIE to see these two perform together. It’s unclear if this show is a one-off performance or if they are planning to hit the road together but if New Kids on the Block can go on tour with Backstreet Boys, then I don’t see why Tiffany and Debbie can’t do the same. In about 30 years, I full expect Britney and Xtina to do this very same thing … but for now, I’d totally settle for Tiff and Deb :D
